Why Mathematics

I have always loved mathematics, but it was my 3rd grade and high school math teachers who inspired and motivated me to become a math teacher.

Professional Experience

During her undergraduate program, Jasmine had various field placements and a year long internship. Her first year teaching, she taught Foundations/Intermediate, which is a year-long Algebra I course, and Algebra II. This coming year, Jasmine will be teaching Foundations/Intermediate and Geometry.

Jasmine will start her second year teaching at Chester High School, Chester, SC, in the 2024-2025 school year.

Hobbies

Jasmine loves to travel. Sightseeing, trying new foods, and taking photos are some of her favorite things to do while traveling.
