Teaching Discipline

Science

Why Science

I have such a deep passion for science—especially earth and environmental science—and want to share that with my students. I want to teach science as a lens through which my students can understand the world around them.

Professional Experience

During college, Jordan volunteered with an educational advocacy group that helped campaign for meaningful educational policy changes. She also tutored college peers in science courses and served as a study group facilitator.

Jordan will begin her first year of teaching at Northwood High School during the 2022–2023 school year.

Hobbies

Jordan loves to bake to relieve stress and shares her delicious creations with friends and family.
