The role of teachers should be to help develop kind, thoughtful and curious people who have discovered their purpose and passionately use it to light their communities.”

Why Biological Sciences

“I chose to teach biological sciences because I love to see students journey from wonder, to frustration, and finally to understanding, mastery, and continued curiosity.”

Professional Experience

His role was to prepare cadavers for dissection and walk students through the process of dissection. For one year, Kevin worked as an after-school science educator for the East Bay Asian Youth Center through Americorp. For two years, he worked as a guest lecturer at CU Science Discovery, a science, technology, engineering and math education outreach program at the University of Colorado Boulder.
