The close study of one’s practice to generate knowledge useful to oneself and others is an important part of developing one’s teacher leadership practice. Building on Understanding Your System Through the Activity System Framework, this 40-minute data protocol is designed for use with others and supports educators in analyzing their systems and identifying leverage points for meaningful change in their contexts.
